I find it hard to believe anyone making it to the heights of “Tory MP”

Has the ability to recognise silly as a concept. After all. These folks voted Boris and Liz as leadership. Recognising there own stupidity is far from a required skill.

Tory MPs backed Rishi not Truss. It was the membership that backed batshit.

Boris, both MPs and membership backed. Which right in terms of election winning, but terrible for the country. Though I still hold more votes in the general election where anti-Corybn than pro-Boris.

Partly correct. But the Tory MPs leave members with 2 people to choose from.

The whole process is designed to give the MPs the largest choice in direction. Hence why presenting any choice to members is actually rare. It is much more common for the weakest member to resign rather then let the members choose.

In this case the MPs still allowed truss to be presented to members rather then rejecting her as a fucking nutcase. So yes they hold a huge blame for the harm she did. They sure as hell do not get to blame members for their own presentation of 2 choices.

Fair enough. Far too many MPs did vote for Truss, even if a majority didn’t. Plus, they did vote for Boris.

why is protesting genocide considered terrorism but standing in front of police and screaming for dead migrants isn’t?
