  • There is too much happening that you cant change.

    It’s ok to stop watching the news, stop reading the news, and stop engaging with social media. These things are very bad for your mental health. Detox from the Cortisol merry-go-round.

    Get back to single track tasks. Read books again, paper ones. Do some stuff that will take weeks or months to pay off, like growing herbs and vegetables. Detox from the instant gratification dopamine merry-go-round.

    Practice meditation. Just start with 5 minutes a day, breath-focus or square breathing meditation.

    You will be okay.
