Yeah i remember the first time my mom had a $100 grocery bill shortly after my baby brother was born in 2003. I didn’t even get into the elevated food prices, i just wanted to focus on how i make less money and pay more for housing and my shitty car every month than my parents did when they were my age without adjusting for inflation. We are all fucked financially.
