    It would also make more sense having an electric motorcycle in Europe (with lots of charging infrastructure and shorter commutes) than in North America.

      Also the US market is flooded with all kinds of illegal/grey area electric scooters and “ebikes” that are way cheaper than a proper, safe, regulation conforming electric motorcycle, but the law enforcement doesn’t give a shit about them. It’s hard to compete in a market where the competition is cheating.

        Not the same thing. These are proper motorcycles with VIN numbers. The reality is Americans DGAF about the environment and it makes sense to work from a country that is buying your product.

        In Paris for example, street lights on the side of the road often have EV charging attached and most parked cars are charging.
