Open a PR for https://lemmy-federate.com/ to support Piefed instances and communities

Context: Lemmy-federate creator is open for a PR for Piefed, but won't work on it due to defederation https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/post/45950419/19211862 (In the meantime, the 14 filter has been disabled.)

Context

At the moment, Piefed instances are not fully supported by lemmy-federate (https://github.com/ismailkarsli/lemmy-federate). Piefed instances can register as ActivityPub clients, but the auto-subscription does not work

Piefed instances currently monitors [email protected] to identify new communities and add them to the known communities, but that does not solve the issue of Lemmy instances now knowing about new Piefed communities

The lemmy-federate owner would accept a PR that would provide full support for Piefed ( https://lemmy.zip/post/47043209/21035643 )
