Cheap beer. Doesn’t count for cocktails but drinks and company…
Not tonight, but most recently I made a Tom Kha cocktail.
- 2oz Lemongrass and Cilantro infused Vodka (homemade)
- 1oz Coconut Cream
- ¾oz Lime Juice
- muddled Kefir Leaves and Jalapeño
Stir and serve over ice.
We had something similar but non-alcoholic recently. My basil plants are crazy big & I keep looking for ways to use it.
Whole limes, cut into eights, coconut cream, lots of basil, sugar, and ice in the blender, strained over fresh ice.
Jameson sprite, a couple mind erasers, and probably a malort to tie it into a neat little bow.
