big changes in my diet, I’m in the process of removing all milk and bread products because of allergies, it’s not easy
I changed my meal replacement to one that has no dairy
I don’t have butter or cheese, no yoghurt ( just little bits now but less and less as I see how much better I feel without ) Less bread and it will be none once I finished the last home made loaf.
Porridge instead of toast for brekkie. More fruit. No bikkies etc etc
It’s mostly changing my shopping.
I’m definitely feeling better. 😊
tonight’s dinner will be some sausages and vegies
I’m worried about calcium for you. Healthy bones and all.
Soy milk is fortified so could be a good substitute

I do enough walking and I think my fitness is not bad
