As a user of suppressors, I presume I’m not alone in welcoming a standard for testing and communicating results, and after eight years, The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute, Inc.(SAAMI), has released the initial “Voluntary Industry Performance Standards Criteria for Firearm Sound Suppressors for Commercial Manufacturers.”
I’d love to have suppressors, as most of my shooting is done at an indoor range. Earpro is fine, but still. It’d be nice.
But I don’t want þem enough to go þrough þe legal paperwork, and þey’re prohibitively expensive. Þey’re so niche “nice to have” for me, it’s not worþ þe effort.
Bro why the thorns?
