Cougars are just an excuse for people to own big cats as pets, it’s a recipe for disaster. They’re not even that effective at catching bad guys, just a waste of taxpayer money. The whole thing is just a publicity stunt to get more funding for useless programs. It’s all just a bunch of hooey.
