Home brewers just set the fridge thermostat as cold as it goes and set the temp externally by turning the power off when it’s cold enough.
Not sure i’d drill a hole into my nice-looking kitchen fridge though. Probably rather than connect it to WiFi, but… I don’t currently see a need to connect it to wifi anyway?
I’ve always played inverted because it just makes more sense to me.
but at some point I just gave up on controllers altogether. They’re too annoying to target accurately. Some fancy steam game tells me it plays better with a controller? No thanks, I’ll stick to games that’ll let me use keyboard and mouse, where I’ve been training my whole life to click on tiny buttons. Controller just feels like hard mode for no reason.
Just a heads up that while temporary separation anxiety is common, it can actually be a disorder (separation anxiety disorder) and if you’re concerned your kid is unusual in this respect you should talk to a child psychologist.
There is effective treatment available once diagnosed (fluoxetine is amazing and could make a massive difference)
I’m trying to save money on the power bill so I’ve reluctantly connected a few things to the wifi in the hopes that I can set them up to easily tun in a delayed way to use off-peak power. Turns out, neither the dishwasher nor the washing machine or dryer even support that! The dishwasher does, but you have to use the app every time - you can’t set it up to run delayed by default when you press the start button on the machine
So, back off the wifi they go. It was the first use I had for ‘smart’ devices and it didn’t even do the thing.
Is monster actually that green colour? I’ve never tried it and assumed it was a normal colour and the green was just the can design

Yeah I’m vaguely aware that jelly exists. Not sure if I’ve ever had it though, I think I’ve seen it on a shelf once or twice but it’s definitely pretty uncommon here. It might be mostly a US thing

Never heard of grape jam or ‘jelly’ though. Strawberry or raspberry jam seems to be the most common round here in NZ, and it’s all okay but has nothing on blackcurrant

Not really sure what this means. I’m not really aware of anything I’m missing out on. If you don’t want to use their cloud storage (which you have to pay extra for) there’s no need to have an apple account. All the apps I use work fine locally
You don’t need to use an Apple account with Mac computers, and it doesn’t even try very hard to convince you to either

I’ve almost entirely avoided trains. I just build conveyer belts everywhere. Huge long world-spanning conveyer belts. I just dont like having to think about trains, when conveyer belts are so simple to use.
