Honestly, Apple Music is not that bad. Tried to love tidal but the app just really sucks with frequent crashes and terrible ui.

Thus far Apple Music feels like old apple playing the streaming game and I have yet to find enshitified features being added. Even the recommendations are more in line with my expectations, think of artists with new or upcoming releases that the app knows you’ve been listening too.

Ui wise I still miss Spotify, it WAS just better. But it’s going further from that everyday. Apple Music also has flac quality if that interests you and you don’t have to pay extra for it. In terms of paying artists, tidal still takes the crown and apple is second.

It is indeed a bit older, 2015 pro. Most issues were with the WiFi (bcm46302 is a terrible chip omfg).

Besides that just some reverse engineered drivers for thermal management, but setting those up was more annoying on mint than on arch

I recently switched to Eos and the arch wiki came in clutch many times (don’t try to an arch based system on a Mac without reading a ton of documentation, I learned that the hard way).

I installed endeavouros on my 2015 pro and nothing made the WiFi work. Reinstalled macOS.

Look into framegen. It actually works quite well and can make the difference between 40 fps not stable to 60 fps stable. It will introduce some artifacts, but on this screen size they are quite negligible.

I would go for the cheaper one and just bring it to the Ns bike repair for a checkup and let a specialist make it very good again. But a 100 bike on marktplaats will indeed net you a very decent and potentially even great bike

I feel it differently than you describe. I don’t have a “disgust” because it’s not human made, truly I don’t care for most stuff. I would even go as far as saying ai videos that abide the laws of physics 8/10 times don’t do this with me.

It’s like I said, the organic way it sometimes hallucinates random behaviour is what makes it do stuff that is not possible. My brain just get checkmated on expecting something else.
