I have the same issue, I found it also occurs for community shaders. Although I did not manage to get the game load at all with those Mods. I thought it is because of the vcredist as well, however I am not so sure anymore as I got some other mods that depend on it working.

Now I went down a rabbit hole reading about aleph and tree(3). I did not even study math why do I do this to myself…
