I think we never plant enough beans, so when some are ready, it’s not enough to make anything with them. I think you have to plant a few rows to really get anything out of it.

It was just OK. Tomatoes came in very late, but are producing now. Same with peppers. My wife planted some random seeds that were included in an order, and we have some very spicy peppers that we’re making sauces with. The squash was a bust, except for butternut. The plant died a little earlier than we would have liked, but we got a decent amount of usable butternut from it. Cucumber came and went pretty quickly. Beans didn’t do too good.

Still a better option than facing it head on.

Trying to get back into Dragon Age Inquisition. I really didn’t care for the combat, but I’m there for the story.

The worst is when I go the speed limit behind a truck and we hit an incline. The truck slows down to 10 below the limit. I move over to pass. As soon as we hit the downhill, the truck goes 5 over the limit. I didn’t have a chance to safely get in front of it, so now I’m the asshole in the left lane, even though I’ve been going the same speed the whole time.

Oh, we just had this happen after not playing for a while. Booted the game up and we’re in the tavern in Lucent, with no idea what to do next.

Seems right, you don’t want to let them get too big.

Back to playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Playing a rogue Grey Warden dwarf this run through, and I’m already loving the character.

I turned off the always on waypoints this time, which should probably be the default setting. It’s more fun to explore than to mindlessly follow the floating dot.

Looking forward to kicking some Venatori butts.

Oh man, Red Zone Cuba was one of the first ones I watched with my now wife. She was the one that got me into mst3k, but she couldn’t finish that one. Somehow I made it through, but even the crew couldn’t save it, and I’ve never watched it again.

Every now and then we get a software update, and one of the lost ones pops out.

I don’t know why I’m hung up on this, but it bothers me that it says Sir instead of Captain.

I like the tractors though.

That makes me realize, Star Trek has lots of video calls, but they don’t show your own picture, like video calls in our time do.
