I’m attracted to men and my type is usually straight so my chances of finding someone who would want me as a trans man is already slim.

This is why I’ve personally dropped it. I can’t do HRT, bottom surgery is out, political trouble isn’t worth it, and I’ve already been turned down just for using the pronouns he/him. To add, I am in fact a bottom and straight. That little bit of self love doesn’t really feel worth it in my case.

I’m glad to see it’s possible. I’m just getting out of a 17 year relationship that started before I discovered I was trans and that part of it is scary. I hope I can find that kind of love again.

I haven’t talked to a doctor about it, but I’ve already been told I have heart murmurs by my primary doctor. I’d prefer not to take a risk that could make heart disease and heart problems more likely for me. My mom already struggles with heart related issues and I’d prefer not taking that risk after seeing what she goes through. I’m settled on not taking it for those reasons. I appreciate the concern though.
