That’s what I thought he meant at first.
That’s what I thought he meant at first.
Hell yeah! Colts undefeated whooooo!
Well, my example was someone who claims to be a vegetarian and eats steak.
And I do get to infer someone’s sincerity based on whether they contradict themselves to that degree.
Well, you’re doing the thing where you’re confusing fundamentalist Christianity with the entire religion.
Let’s start with Jesus’s teachings and go from there.
Now, obviously, no one upholds his teachings perfectly not even his own disciples. That’s not the standard. But I do think a fair standard is that you not directly base your faith around hate and violence. Not if you want me to regard you as a sincere Christian. In the same way that just because you say you’re vegan doesn’t make you one if you eat steak.
They’re just going to get bailed out, unfortunately.
Maybe. If your beliefs run totally counter to Jesus’s teachings, then I’d say you aren’t sincerely Christian. I don’t think the people who preach the prosperity Gospel are real Christians. They just use the veneer of Christianity to hide what they really are.
Yeah, we’re pretty generous about what counts. I’d argue most evangelicals aren’t sincerely Christian either but whatever.
Why’d you play so much if it’s that bad?
I teach at a business college and a ton of my students buy Chromebooks because they’re cheap and just use cloud-based software. Windows is doomed as an OS because an entire generation has grown up never using it.
The purpose is really to dismantle public schools by making them so unsafe that parents don’t want to send their kids to them.
If it helps, you can get pop os with Nvidia drivers pre-installed and configured. That helped me a lot.
I had problems on Ubuntu but no problems with PopOS
Seems like your body would be all out of proportion.
I, too, have been playing a lot of Umamusume.
I am using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor and ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC Edition 16GB.
In steam, I use GE-Proton10-10 for the compatibility tool and for the launch options I have: PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 SteamDeck=1 gamemoderun %command% -PSOCompileMode=1
I found the PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 part to be what made the difference for frame-rate.
With a little bit of tweaking I got Marvel Rivals running with a higher and more consistent framerate on Pop OS vs what I had on Windows.
This was also with an Nvidia card.
I’m finally back on Linux after a while away. I went with pop os just to have the Nvidia drivers pre-installed. I used Mint back in grad school and liked it.
The contempt for education is mind-boggling even on Lemmy.
I’d imagine they save the state intermittently and can boot it back up if needed. Depends on how valuable this sim is I guess.
Yes, I am upset that the GOP is wantonly criminal and shut the government down.
