Martinis with Tanqueray No. 10 and Dolin dry vermouth. We also have Cocchi extra dry vermouth to try later. It was our first time trying Tanqueray No. 10. We thought it was a bit sweet for martinis, but perfect for sipping or for gin & tonics.

I like a 2:1 ratio with Beefeater and Dolin with a little splash of brine.
