I couldn’t tell you for these people specifically, but this sort of thing is definitely an easy opportunity for scamming people. I’d only consider donating to people where there’s solid evidence that they are who they claim they are.

I disagree with the notion that letting users make their own decisions regarding where to install apps from is a vulnerability. That’s how computers have always and are supposed to work. It’s like saying banking apps are a vulnerability because people can transfer money to scammers through them.

Auf dem Land kann man sich in der Regel eine Wallbox einbauen, was finanziell auch viel mehr Sinn ergibt. In meinem Dorf gibt es 2 Ladepunkte, aber trotz einiger E-Autofahrer sehe ich äußerst selten dass die jemand nutzt.

Generally yes, there’s always a lot of opposition to these kind of proposals in Germany. But the biggest party in power right now is known for its many attempts to massively increase surveillance.
