Oh wait update question to this! I often see it recommended to eat small oily fish to get DHA, but almost all the small oily fish people eat are tinned. Don’t those get heated in the tinning process?

Only partially related but, I’ve been trying out the handful of seaweed derived cooking oils and been pretty satisfied. At least in terms of the cooking itself anyway… I can only hope they’re actually useful for your health.

If you’re interested in tinkering but a Voron is just too expensive, I’d suggest the Rook 2020 MK2 from Rolohaun. You can get an LDO kit for the MK1 alongside an MK2 upgrade kit. It’s coreXY but it’s both cheaper and more beginner friendly than a Voron. (1, 2, 3)

Up front I seemed like an appropriate candidate, light-ish skin and dark-ish hair. The tech seemed to think it’d work. However, six full face sessions did absolutely nothing, not a single thing. It turned out there’s a bit of red pigment in there that’s not super noticeable but is enough to prevent laser from working. So, your mileage may vary, but fingers crossed and good luck!!
