Ah, welcome to the club. They are the worst. There are nopesticides I’m comfortable with that work. Nasturtiums don’t help. I’m having some luck killing adults and crushing all the eggs, but there’s always some that survived. You have to do that weekly at a minimum. The only time I had any real luck was by skipping a year. But they’ll come back the year after you grow more squash.

I’ve always been an indoors gamer type myself. Then when I was in my mid thirties I decided to grow a couple tomato plants in pots. Now I’m apparently a gardner. As much as I complain about it, I really like it. Seeing the seeds sprout, eating to veggies. I think I spend more growing than if I bought it, but I’ve still come to like it a lot.

I wish I could say this is a click bait title, but its more like the title was written based on the assumption no one will click to read the article. I really hate to admit it, buy I’ve been having quite a bit of fun in this game. It was purchased for me by a friend and the more I play, the more I enjoy it. It’s not super competitive, so there isn’t really a cheater issue. It’s not really p2w. There are ships locked behind battle passes, but you don’t really need to play them. The ocean is unruly and a true joy to sail. Most of all, I love sinking the ships of colonizers.

Or child endangerment. Possibly child neglect too.

I have a similar story. My nephew who was living with us at the time burnt a waffle. So for reasons unknown, he threw it into the bushes. My dog got into them that day, came out so damn happy, I couldn’t take it from him. I mean, he hunted that waffle himself. So for the next couple of months, he demanded that I let him search the magical waffle bush.
