Both characters in the top panel are women. The show is placed in a world of magic and in previous comics from the artist it is stated that babies can be conceived with magic.

Yep, MoringMark draws comics based off that show. The top panel contains two of the main characters and the bottom one is implying the toddler is their child.
The dress Masha made for Vee in a previous comic.
The second piece of clothing she’s ruined, poor Vee…
If you haven’t watched the Owl House, the character in the first panel is a witch named Willow than can manipulate plants. She’s using her powers to try and cheer the girl up.
Yeah she’s totally Luz’s girlfriend
This makes me so upset
I just realized Stringbean never got to meet Flapjack and now I’m sad…

I wanna see more Oracle magic if we get any more official owl house content
I hear Hooty in my head sometimes. At least I know I’ll have a friend that never leaves me…
These are amazing I love them!
Bro is smart, he can’t see with his hair so might as well bring some chips to snack on

It’s not just the Collector wearing Luz’s cosplay, they melded together! Look at the eyebrow scar that’s present after the flash.

Thank you God Emperor Trump preach your holy order!!!
I’m gonna need some names because I only recognize like, two.

I know, I just want off this ride already…

How in the hell does he think making states take their own approach to education magically decrease cost per pupil and improve learning?
Also, what factors are considered with cost per pupil? I’d imagine some of that would come from food, transportation, and other factors that we also fall behind on compared to the rest of the developed world. You can’t solve that by just focusing on one government department.

Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been combing through the embattled agency and has cut $982 million in spending so far.
The bulk of that - $881 million - was saved by ditching 89 contracts dished out by the department’s Institute of Education Sciences.
Many of those contracts were for special studies tracking student learning, evaluating teaching strategies, and tracking educational trends.
Yeah maybe ripping almost a billion dollars away from the department of Education to stop them from literally doing their job isn’t the best play here…
So pumped for Knights of Guinevere!
