And if they don’t get that, they definitely don’t understand that a trade deficit isn’t a bad thing in a post-industrial society because we sell information and services that don’t rely on expensive physical resources.

And what kinds of people are fooled by that? The lesser educated. So slash budgets for schools and universities, especially those that are prominent and lean left. And slashing those budgets has already led to very significant setbacks in research of new treatments for a wide variety of ailments.

But hey, at least that money is going to… hey, what are they gonna spend all that money on now that the government is no longer paying?

Anyway, what I’m getting at is they don’t hate us. They are using us as pawns. They are depraved and indifferent to our suffering so long as they get more money and power.

And nobody with the power to hold them accountable does either.

Your last point is of critical importance. The populace as a whole is outgunned. Psuedo-militarized police forces and “law enforcement” organizations have us outgunned. Nobody’s going out shooing unless they have nothing to lose. And right now, just about everyone still has something to lose. The goal is to keep the population comfortable enough not to riot on the streets.

There’s a reason they’re targeting the peaceful working class brown people who have families and still have hope that somehow the system will work and they’ll be returned to their family. Notice how they’re not rolling into the ghettos and trying to clean up the latino gangs where immigrants are definitely hiding. These ICE agents are cowards and bullies who pick on the weak to make themselves feel better.

I appreciate the thought and desire to improve things and a rational response. Unfortumately, we’re not dealing with rational individuals. They will not accept any views contrary to their own no matter how much factual, verifiable evidence you put in front of them.

They will excuse any behavior someone on their side exhibits and will deflect to immidiately talk about something dems did. If they provide a valid example, and you say, “Yes, and that person should also be investigated and punished,” they still won’t admit that their guy did anything wrong.

This is a cult and we aren’t just saying that. So you can’t just talk them out of it. While some of their views may be valid, they often seek extreme measures to enact their views. Even their good ideas are soiled.

I’m totally willing to sit down and have a conversation with a conservative, but I draw the line at blind idolatry.

And yet they say the left is radical. I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.
