16·9 months agoMy guy. Crab is really common in east asian cuisine. The wording wasn’t great but that happens.
This is actually true. A former landlord of mine made a fuck ton of money by farming koi fish in the basement of a warehouse.

8·9 months agoA TOS shows that if you do an out of bounds glitch you can trigger the loading zone under ground because they stretch to the bottom of the sky box.

11·9 months agoNo, the detonator of an atomic bomb is a little bomb itself. The energy required to to detonate is much greater than anyplaincrash could cause. I find it amusing (relatively, we are still talking about weapons of mass destruction) that a thermonuclear bomb need a regular atomic bomb to trigger, wich needs a regular bomb to detonate. So we are just stacking bombs on bombs on bombs to make them stronger.

4·9 months agoThank gooood, I wouldnt be here. My family lived in a prime atom bomb target area. I moved far away about a year ago. I was relieved thinking that if the next war start I’m as safe as you can be in Europe. Mfw I find out there are dozens of US military bases nearby 🤠
I feel like the death if the AAA industry has been dragging on for a while. Every time the “only indie studios can save gaming” feeling hits me a new God of War or Knack 2 or Doom comes out.
Good point I thought about that, but I personally think it’s very unlikely that the reason was something else. If the killer is indeed Luigi Mangione (wich we don’t know and we should stop acting like he is. We are just harming him) the case is pretty clear.
I didn’t say anything about justified or nor justified. But yes. If the government does it it’s usually not terrorism because it’s based in law. That doesn’t make murder better. But it’s simply by definition not terrorism.
I’m not on the medias / courts side here, but what the killer of Brian Thompson did is literally terrorism. (Unlawful) political violence with the goal of pushing an ideology or gaining sympathy for once cause or causing fear and panic. The killcount and wether or not you agree with the message doesn’t matter. There don’t even have to be deaths. The killdozer rampage was an act of domestic terrorism.

Antiwork@lemmy.ml•Is the New York Times fuckin' serious right now. (AKA another attempt to undermine Luigi's support).
0·11 months agoI mean this is nothing new. Pretty white women have been treated favourably in court and by the public forever. There is a somewhat popular twitter account all about hot criminals. It’s a thing and it always has been.
“ja in der Natur ist das ja auch so, oder willst du dem Löwen jetzt verbieten das Zebra zu essen?!?!?”

This actually happened to me when I worked at McDonald’s. Guy wanted a toy for boys. I listed all the stuff we had and asked to pick. None of the toys were really gendered at all. He kept insisting that I should just pick a toy for boys.
