minecraft for windows is bedrock. seemingly every non java edition available from windows app store is the same bedrock when launched and I was just wondering what this mystery third instance is. all 3 in my m$ account are presumably bedrock. maybe xbox but I don’t recall ever playing minecraft on console

that’s… just wrong. I converted my whole family after being sick of constantly dealing with their viruses and the only thing that didn’t work was some game as a service garbage that the particular individual managed to grow out of anyway. all of them have streaming though. netflix only allows 4k on windows with new enough cpu or on smart tvs with up to date app but none of the others I tested did that at the time. If more do that now, none of my family have noticed the change.
I’d just play the ps3 version then, it plays like how my nostalgia filter made me remember the original. do ico also if you haven’t.
I got an 8bitdo pro 3 for now after the birds destroyed my old one but I’m really just waiting for steam controller 2. I got used to having the trackpad grids and extra buttons to map every single input, but the deck just isnt powerful enough for some of the games I want more expensive visuals on.
does it break mods or not work with mods for the windows version?
I have studded fat tires for winter. Ice is actually better than snow for my bike. I’ve done 1.5 winter commutes, as in 1.5 winters, but the most recent one I just didn’t work as much because it was cold and I wanted to stay in bed.
As far as ebikes in general go, it makes it more accessible. I wasn’t anywhere near the fitness level needed to do my work commute on manual bike three years ago but I was able to do it on ebike including the steep hill I could barely walk up because of my fucked up knees. I can and will happily do long haul rides on the ebike. I can do the ride on manual bike now but I need 3x the water and workout suppliments to be able to do it again the next day.

does steamos work with lol’s anti cheat? I would generally assume it to be a linux in general not being supported problem if something doesn’t work due to anti cheat. If any one distro can do it that should be able to be implemented on nearly any other.
Bazzite exists and it’s literally a drop in replacement. Maybe chimera also? I’ve never tried it though.

I’m pretty sure as of some time ago if you bought one any time you get both now but I originally bought java when it was the only option and got bedrock free which iirc was originally limited time. mc java doesn’t have ms/xbox account achievements as far as I could tell though and the images are from the achievements list. I wouldn’t have even noticed if one didn’t pop while screwing around waiting to see if the comp would crash.
