Have they fixed the bug where smaller ships will occasionally get ‘stuck’ inside the corvettes? I’ve had this happen a couple times now on the pads and it’s really annoying.

Just curious, what happens on approach to the Anomaly or can you interact with it at all with your corvette?

I’m working on my first one now. Got about a quarter way last night and my Steamdeck pulled a bizarro Windows like stunt and did an update (had it a year and it’s never did that) and shut me down during the game and updated.

Needless to say bad words were said and I lost my progress.

Anyway I had been wanting to ask someone else who had been building a corvette some questions.

What are the landing gears for if you cannot land inside other star bases? Just planetside?

Is there a limit to the number of pieces you can use when building your corvette? I had a couple cool ideas but wasn’t sure what the limitations are.

I will agree with you about the freighter issue. I just recently trashed my large capital ship interior and am slowly trying to clean up and simplify the interior where I can. For me I would almost like the option to have a top down view of the whole interior and be able to just drop items (walls, rooms, etc) in that way. It would make things soooo much easier than the first person or over the shoulder view for editing.

I got the OLED when it came out and it was the best purchase I made when it came to ‘consoles’

I don’t think I have turned my PS5 on more than a half dozen times since I got my Deck and that was just to play games like Beatsaber with the family.

The deck just offers way too much flexibility for games not to mention you can take it anywhere.

The rich will always have access to good drugs and treatments that work. They will peddle any snake oil nonsense that they think will make them more money or whatever they think their followers will buy to make them look better in their eyes. It’s a take as old as time in politics/religion.

Back a year or so ago I remember posts on Reddit and other places where there was some deep dives into RFK JR and his investments in the supplement industry. The reason they are cheering him on is because he stands to make so much money by ditching common sense medical practices and pushing vitamins and supplements that he has a hand in.

If you want to learn more about his background Behind the Bastards did a multi part podcast on him last year (I think it was now) that was worth a listen. While it is a little outdated it does go into his childhood and really explore how he got so fucked up. Dude was (and probably still is) a serious crack head and narcissist.

My daughter’s friend got a 3d printer for Christmas (K1C) and started making bank printing anything he could find free off Cults.

This little kid - think he is 12 - is printing those dragons and everything else imaginable and taking them to school and selling them to classmates.

Am pretty sure my daughter told me that he was selling them from $20 up to some of his classmates. Whereas chump me will give them to friends for free.
