I know your wife is an American chef and lamb is not big over there but surely she has an ultimate lamb recipe she could share. I’ll try and replicate it because lamb is my favourite meat of all time.

Though one time she braised lamb shanks for us and they were amazing. She’s also allergic to white fish, walnuts, and bananas, unfortunately. 🥺
