Hitting the one way up in Komi that’s 1,000+km further from Ukraine than Moscow is is quite the implied threat

Are there doing damage to all these refineries and stopping fuel production? Or are these stats including all sites where a drone reached it at all?

It mentions several that were forced to at least temporarily shut down, and there’s also this:

BBC Verify’s analysis shows at least 10 refineries forced to fully or partially suspend operations since August. Reuters reported that on certain days, national production of petrol and diesel dropped by as much as 20%.

Probably just hit, but each refinery depending on size can also have multiple refineries within it. A drone hitting one doesn’t necessarily mean 100% output stoppage at the entire site (although probably temporarily while they assess damage and risk to other areas)

It would also be great to know what was damaged/destroyed at each one. Storage tanks are relatively easy to replace, but the distillation columns are the heart of a refinery and much more difficult to repair or replace. A refinery could probably be at least partially working again within a few days if it’s just storage tanks that burned, but destroy the distillation column and the whole thing will likely be offline for months (or years).
