The article mentions it progressed past kissing. It’s a bold move disobeying a flight attendant while in the air though, I’m under the impression they have a lot of legal power while in the air.
Yeah, that was straight up heavy petting.
And yeah, failing to follow the instructions of a flight attendant or captain is a serious offence.
