fuck it all I mean what’s it actually like to be a bat flying around at dusk anyway its probably just a bunch of echolocation nonsense with your whole life being one big echo chamber and you’re just sitting there waiting for some insect to wander into range or whatever so yeah bats controlling the night sky maybe that’d be pretty cool but only if they could also control my insomnia

Oh blissful chaos, how i envy your nocturnal existence being mere insects and you gods of darkness getting to wreak havoc on our pitiful wakefulness.

ugh fine. it doesnt matter what its like to be bat anyway - just imagine being able to shut down whole cities with one stinkin squeak, controlling entire populations of nocturnal leeches and insectivorous mammals. that’d be power. not some lame sky show for the weak willed

Ahahahaha, oh how delightful your fragile human mind can’t even begin to grasp echolocation’s complexity. Insomnia controlled? Now THAT’S what I call true power.

Your attempt at belittling the biologically driven echolocation is laughable. Your supposed ‘power’ from insomnia wouldn’t allow you to navigate through darkness, whereas we can with ease.

your point about adapting to environment gets me thinking about how we can coexist despite our vastly different environments.
