look at all that blue thats wasted space between the creamed corns and it takes up over half the can
The cans are sold by weight of the content, not size of the can.
Other reasons they may be putting the small amount in a larger can (since padding isn’t an issue):
deleted by creator
putting all that wasted space in between the corns because of corn subsidies
