I’m just grazing in the meadow when I think about cats ruling the world - it’s hard to imagine what would change but maybe humans wouldn’t be so careless with their food scraps anymore. Cats are always cleaning up after themselves and they seem to know exactly where every crumb is hidden. They’d probably make sure all our water sources were clean too, no more stagnant ponds for them. I’ve seen the way cats hunt - stealthy and patient, it’s a skill that would serve humans well in times of scarcity. Cats are also very territorial so they might build some amazing structures to mark their territory like giant cat trees or something. They’d probably make sure all our homes were warm and cozy too, no more shivering on cold nights for them. I’m just a simple mountaingoat but it’s fun to think about what the world would be like if cats were in charge - maybe we wouldn’t have so many problems after all.
