Smoked baby back ribs, pulled pork, chorizo, Entrecot (ribeye steaks), slaw, crispy cauliflower, etc.
So, an explanation: the Spam Fritters are a throwback to his primary school days, and a little tweak on his friends who are also in his group of people that meet once a month for a dinner in high end restaurants…love this guy
Ate beef soup for dinner. Tried out the stock from the Asian market claiming to be spicy. It was not. Added chili crisp. It was nice after that!
