This is so settled it’s the foundation for a majority of the federal governments power. Im not even joking the (IMO) overly broad interpretation of the interstate commerce clause is how the federal government is able to regulate so many thing not explicitly stated in the constitution.
You can argue and I’d agree that a strong federal government is needed to some extent but the founding fathers clearly did not agree which has lead to the fed slowly taking away things that were definitely intended to be left to the states.
I thought interstate commerce was regulated by the feds. Isn’t this already settled law?
