UPDATE: Fayetteville police say they do not see any evidence of an active shooter. They say they are still clearing buildings. The investigation is still active.
During a news conference, officials said that UAPD and FPD received calls of a reported active shooter at 12:30 p.m. They said no evidence of a shooting has been found, and therefore, no arrests have been made.
As of 2:10 p.m., no “all clear” message has been officially issued.
