      Sure! The base is just lettuce leaves. Onto that I spread some “Erdäpfelkas” which is a Austrian spread made of mostly potatoes. Then for the veggies I took carrots, onions, wide beans, king oyster mushrooms and diced them all up into small pieces and roasted them in the pan in rapeseed oil. Added also a good amount of spices. Then after roasting I just put the veggies on the prepared salad leaves and it’s ready to eat. Took maybe around 15 minutes to make, but was absolutely delicious.
