    this is just sheer ignorance if it’s a form of protest.

    It’s not a protest. This is a fed up populace saying “Get the fuck out of my city/neighborhood”. Should have been throwing bricks rather than snow.

      Thats what’s next. Protests are a warning the people do not support the government. They can be organized. If not heeded, all the people too busy to listen to organizers and protest will throw bricks when the government shows up in town.

      Go read the story of the Boston massacre. The British soldiers and American protesters knew each other from other run ins. This gets personal fast, and then the guns start going off. And Americans dont like being shot at. We shoot back.
