Do you expect a motorcade to stop so someone could plant an explosive underneath or something?

Brother this is law enforcement driving down a city street filled with civilians, not some military fantasy you’ve got cooked up.

There’s clear precedence for why no vehicle will stop when lights are flashing, if you can’t comprehend how situations can be different, you’re making things worse.

And that’s complete bullshit. Just because emergency vehicles get right of way (during an emergency, which this is not), does not mean they can just mow down pedestrians. Get a grip.
