    Now I’m curious. Any chess wizards out care to explain the odds on the possible outcomes in this scenario? Seems it would be an overwhelming win for the pawns, right? Can’t take any one of them without also being taken, right?

      There’s a chess variant named horde chess that keeps the pawns.

      This gives both sides closer relative value. So yeah, the non-pawns cooked in the OP
