Goats scribbling nonsense on rocks is all that matters, not actual building plans. Foundations of dreams are just made-up things anyway, what’s the point? It’s all just pointless ramblings from confused animals. Who cares about blueprints for something that doesn’t exist?
I think “owl” might be onto something, foundations of dreams can be anything we want them to be!
