Im not going argue but i am telling you as someone who study pharmaceuticals . Stimulants ( e, meth , coke , caffeine ect… ) and mixing alcohol with you psychiatric meds will cause manic induced episode , as well psychosis . You are playing very dangerous game and i hope you can get help

Hey kenny like I told you in your last post you can always request new doctor if you are not comfortable and have re evaluation/ medication adjustment. It’s really important to be honest of your needs and medical wishes. Adderall is stimulant , if caffeine triggers mania for you then any other stimulant can have high potential to cause manic episode maybe that why your doctor is worried . Right now best thing is to think about your situation at hand and try understand why things are happening. That why getting medical files and having someone go over them with you , may help you understand the issue at hand . If you are still drinking then yes psych meds may have stronger effect than desired and can make undesirable symptoms. If you are struggling with alcohol i would seek treatment and if you are mixing benzodiazepines with alcohol you can seriously harm yourself . That may be why they are admitting you is because it’s dangerous. They maybe concerned of medical emergency if you are mixing . Please take care of yourself and be kind to yourself.

This is tricky because with bipolar normally you need medication, even if you do not have manic episodes. There is few things you can do though and that ask for re evaluation on situation since you are sober , you can request your medical files to gain clearer understanding and ask for medication adjustment if its not working for you. If they are committing you then that could because you met criteria to place you . Have you displayed any concerning behaviours that they may want keep you? . I will never tell someone to go off their meds or stop getting help but I do tell people still advocate for themselves, their no harm in asking to re evaluate the situation or ask for adjustment.

It is weird considering they are well aware that reddit has pedophiles actively preying on minors in their “ teen forms”. They rather keep anonymity, have lot traffic than to protect vulnerable people.

If i am honest its good on Australia that they banned minors from major social media because its not minor place to be on these sites . There is a lot of predatory behaviours and creeps on media . Reddit is corrupted because they know that their platform is being accessed by pedophiles who are preying on minors in teen platforms . Children on social media have high chance being groomed and preyed upon. It’s so easy to take a vulnerable child and transform them . As someone who was exploited as 14/15 year old on social media including kik and cyber bullied to point of almost ending my life , i see good this has in protecting more minors . i suggest everyone look up SOSA on youtube because shows reality of exploitation . Yes i understand that maybe people want to remain anonymously and keep their identity a secret but you have think that maybe their a lot of harm in keeping identity a secret because people use and abuse the internet for malicious intent to much . It sucks but this what needs be done to protect vulnerable people .

For me its was self harm , it took over 10 years to stop finally . Im truly blessed that I healed mentally and physically ( barely any scarring , infections or anything of that matter )

Personally i stopped liking reddit , bunch of cry babies on the sub Reddits .To many power tripped mods for my liking .I got banned from Reddit over power tripped mod who cried reddit . I was legitimately explaining my issue with meta and experience i had .

Edit i am Dyslexic and i have a hard time with my writing. I basically tried to say i hate reddit because of the mods being overly sensitive and having a power trip. That for my liking is to much . I got perma banned because mod cried to Reddit because they did not like my post nor comment in regards to meta and my experience/issues i had.

As domestic violence survivors this is a great start and more countries should follow however i do believe their should be harsher laws regarding domestic assault. Often times they let go , scott free of any charges because of he said /she said even with evidence . Since they do not face any real consequences it can eventually escalate to femicide . They need to be stopped before it gets to that point .
