If their games arrive years late, cost more than 60 bucks, are buggy and unoptimized and require a PSN account to play them on Steam they can burn them for all I care.

Most people are buying Nvidia because that’s what’s commonly recommended on reviews. “Want to use AI? Buy Nvidia! Want the latest DX12+ support? Buy Nvidia! Want to develop videogames or encode video? Buy Nvidia! Want to upgrade to Windows 11? Buy Nvidia!” Nonstop Nvidia adverts everywhere, with tampered benchmarks and whatnot. Other brands’ selling points aren’t well known and the general notion is that if it’s not Nvidia it sucks.
Yet Tim Sweeney marketed Nanite, Lumen and other sparkly smoke in UE5 for the opposite. Because who needs a decent development team getting paid to polish things and put wit over bloat when a monkey could just leave the default resource hungry settings and call it a day? Props for UE3 though. UE3 was tight.
A year or two ago I found out pretty late that there isn’t any benefit in pausing Humble Monthly anymore. The perk that was supposed to be given to Classic subscribers didn’t last much. You can just cancel your subscription and pay again as soon as you actually see something you like. The site will show some messages to dissuade you, but there really isn’t anything that should hold you back at the moment. Still, even if bundles there aren’t as juicy as they used to be, that’s still a very generous price if you like at least one of the offered games.
I usually defend press, but people at Bloomberg are very obsessive, manipulative and misleading.
Adobe could support Linux, but that doesn’t mean I’ll support Adobe. (ง ื▿ ื)ว
Had someone tell me he loved the fact the game offers to link your Microsoft account so you can save your achievements there. I felt so old.
Como español me ofende no tener esa app.
Why is everything a metroidvania? (ง ื▿ ื)ว
Loved it, but got tired of people cheating their ass off. Since then I only play modded on private VLAN with friends. I do miss a few random encounters with surprisingly nice and fun players, but those were pretty rare anyway.
I remember being very pumped about killing Big Smoke. I’d probably do a no-hit challenge with this as a mod. (ง ื▿ ื)ว
Just by the title I perceive incompetence, so I wouldn’t trust anything else coming from that channel.
I will, and will probably go back and forth between the two until Nioh 3 releases and then I might be able to do the same with the three of them until I happen to conjure the triforce. 🤣 My main motivation for this is Nioh 2 is both a prequel and a sequel , and the way the game presents that period in Japan’s history is hypnotic to me, so even if it’s not as deep or flashy as Nioh 2 I’ll still be hellbent on unlocking everything the first one offers.
At the time I found controls, including the stance mechanic, uncomfortable, and enemies a bit boring, but it was also just a session I played with a friend on PS4 and I hadn’t played a tutorial or anything, so it wasn’t the best introduction to the game. Those days I was also more interested in playing Dark Souls 3 and Rocket League I believe, so a mission based brawler might not have seemed as interesting to me as a metroidvania or a simpler competitive online game. It just wasn’t the time for me to appreciate it better.
I love Nioh 2 with passion. The first one didn’t click that much though.
Gwynsen, funnily enough. Even if he could also be Faraam, I wouldn’t object to the same character having different names, specially since he was stripped of his inheritance, right? Some are saying Grynn now since he appears in Nightreign, but linked lore or not, as all the games take place at times when events of the prior were already legends or myths, you can’t rule out FS playing with how names and stories morph over time. I do find his ties with Sen’s Fortress more appealing though.
Would’ve been Pay2Fap, but it’s free! (ง ื▿ ื)ว
Won’t miss those years tweaking Windows to uninstall or disable bloatware and malware. I don’t mind if more or less people migrate to Linux, I’m just grateful to those who are making and improving such amazingly good distros. 💪💛
Another complaint about the 30% cut on PCGamer? This reeks.
Folks at Digital Foundry have been talking about the matter. Most games made with Unreal Engine 5 share this among other problems.
