I disagree about the ebay thing. I buy from ebay all the time and have not come across any noticeable drop ship items or an item marked up from what it is on Amazon. It’s honestly the opposite, I feel like ebay tends to be cheaper than Amazon. Ebay also let’s you know where the seller is located which is super handy and nice to know. Also a much better place to buy used.

The appeal is Signal isn’t fueled by ads and capitalism and won’t use everything you share to train their AI like the other social media companies will. It’s also easier for the average Joe to use and has a much higher user base than pixelfed and mastodon. I wish it was not the case but hardly any of my friends use the fediverse but a ton use Signal (mostly for buying drugs though).

This game is a lot of fun, took me about 20 tries till I was able to beat it. I wanna try for a full clear now.

I’m about as left as they come but weirdly enough I’m also a hunter, and I have to disagree, the guns I own are tools designed for specific purposes that aren’t killing humans. Hunting turkey, hunting deer, hunting duck, I even have a muzzleloader for that season, and a gun for back packing and hunting out of a saddle in a tree.

Hunting IMO is way more sustainable and ethical than buying store bought meat and it connects me with nature and let’s me first hand observe, appreciate, value, and want to protect ecology of my area.

Remember… Buy local, steal corporate.
