If you haven’t tried this, do yourself a favour and get one of the best city-builders in recent years.
The setting and water physics gameplay really add a twist to the traditional survival city-builder formula (you can also borderline disabled the survival elements if it’s not you thing).
It really is great
How you didn’t mention the beavers in your explanation I do not know
It’s pretty good!
My only complaint is that the difficulty curve is out of whack. Starts out hard, becomes very easy.
That’s sort of true of all city-builders and even strategy games more broadly.
With city-builders, in the mid to late game I switch to building out elaborate cities and projects.
For me it was anticipating (knowing when) the drought, bad tides, etc. Once I knew the schedule, I had preparations incrementally in place and each play through became easier and easier…but man those first few run throughs were tough on my little beaver friends

It’s a dam good game
I’m happy to be your dam guide. You’ll have a hard time putting down this dam game. If you have any dam questions please feel free to ask, just please include a dam screenshotThe ancient scrolls of saucy goodness: National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation
