Classic! My bro does the best mash, i dunno how he does it, but its the smoothest, tastiest mash i’ve tried. At a guess i’d say its probably salt, lots and lots of salt, so its probably good i don’t get round there often to have it.
I mash it thoroughly with a generous amount of butter, add milk and salt, whip it vigorously with a fork and then serve. I think it’s tasty and nobody complains lol.
